Team Apparel Orders

Team apparel consists of fully front-lined swimsuits, short and long-sleeved T-shirts, and hooded sweatshirts. All apparel will be in the team colour of royal blue with the team logo as per this order form. Parents and siblings – show your support for the Shadow team by wearing your own team apparel!

Payment must be received at the next scheduled practice. The deadline for ordering is November 4th, 2011. Completed order forms (and payment) can be given to any of the coaches at any of the practices prior to the ordering deadline.
